The Inn is a luxurious residence set in a historic building on Via Condotti, Rome's most famous shopping street, near Piazza di Spagna. Breakfast, if included in the rate, is served in the Reception's Building.

All rooms at The Inn at the Spanish Steps feature air conditioning, a flat-screen satellite TV and a minibar. Slippers, bathrobes and toiletries are provided in each of the private bathrooms. Some rooms and suites have a French balcony with views of Piazza di Spagna and Via Condotti.

Some rooms and suites are located in the main building, while some are set in the annex. Luxury apartments are all set in a separate building only 300 metres away.

Friendly and efficient staff can arrange limousine services and sightseeing tours.

An escalator and moving side-walk system leads directly from the nearby Spagna Metro Station on line A, to the famous Villa Borghese park.
